Is to complaint that I talked to the employees of your AM service center Paloura at Jammu about peel of paint of my car so many times. Every time only assurance was given by them but nothing was done to resolve this problem. Only paid services were done and about the problem they only said we will inform you. This is going on from last three years. Recently in the month of Nov 22 and Apr.23, I made complaint with them and the reply was same, we will inform you. Now after that I contacted them on phone but the reply is same that we will see the status of complaint. Paid services are done within no time, but the default of company is not resolved from so many years, reason better known by company.
