I called Hitachi for AC repair but some people from AM India Services came to my house and said motherboard need to be repaired. Next day they came back with repaired motherboard! They installed it and also changed something called the transformer in AC’s external unit. Now AC is not cooling and they are not answering phone calls. I called again Hitachi and now Hitachi is saying they don’t have log of prior service request and told me they never sent anyone. Beware! Was this information helpful? |
