Dear Sir/Madam,
I have opened a new medical shop AM medical at Poothapedu main road, Ramapuram, Chennai-600116 on 2nd Mar 2025. A salesperson visited my medical shop 24th Mar 2025. He explained about Justdial and shown many companies using my company apps to get more leads. As you opened a new pharmacy my just dial will be helpful to grow your business in a better way. Then he didn't explain me properly about terms and conditions and his intention was to get money from me. Finally, i paid a net amount of 33984 at one shot from my credit card. After that i struggled to pay my kids school fees and medicine bill payments to distributors. Then i changed my mind and within 2-3 days i asked my money back but they were said that we don't have refund option. Then i tried many times that salesperson not picking my calls. I tried customer care also they were said that please wait i will connect concern team.I tried continuously for 10days then i realised that they cheated my money. So, considering my kids future kindly help me to get my money back as soon as possible. Because i asked timeline to pay my kids school fees till Apr end.
