Complaint against Amalfiee Ceramics – Wrong product, no refund, rude behavior
Prepaid order on 1 Sept 2025 (₹638). Ordered 2 terracotta Ganpati sculptures. Received wrong/unpainted product.
Complaint raised 11 Sept with invoice + photos. Team admitted mistake but never apologised. Promised replacement/refund, but no action taken for over a month.
Calls ignored. WhatsApp replies rude and dismissive (“please go ahead with threats, ” “even I don’t have time”).
This was supposed to be a Ganesh Chaturthi gift, but their negligence ruined the purpose.
When I posted reviews on their social media, my comments were deleted and I was blocked.
I have filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (docket number available). I demand immediate refund of ₹638, compensation for harassment, and accountability for unprofessional behavior. Was this information helpful? |
