Dear mam/sir,
I Aman Singh a resident of D-24 Bali Nagar new Delhi would like to file a complaint regarding stray dogs in our locality.
We have been facing issues with this for quite a long time and nothing is being done regarding it and if dog catchers come to get them a shopkeeper beings them in his house and this place is becoming their breeding ground.
Its my humble request to please do something about this issue.
