Amante India — Product Returned, but Refund Not Issued

Hi, This is to hereby inform that I had ordered Night Suit for my spouse from Amante during first week of March 2020, but due to size and quality issue, i had placed the request to return the same, and so it was picked up by 2nd week of March 2020 and returned order also received by Amante. but till date money is not refunded back to me. They had asked me that due to some issue, we can't refund the order back to your original mode of payment, so give us different account number, so I shared by another bank account twice, but still its almost 2 months plus, no refund is initiated back to me.
