Hi, had booked (through Paytm) Bus service from Jaipur-Delhi for 4-Mar departing at 6:30AM. 30 mins prior to departure driver informed bus delayed around 3hours, raised request for cancellation, however, the company refused the same
It is standard practice in India if a schedule passenger service is delayed by 3 hours or more, the customers are entitled for full refund if not travelled. However, the company refuses to honour the same
The delay caused much mental agony, physical pain and loss of money and salary (due to late arrival at office). Had to book another ticket over counter of RSRTC. Both the screenshot of Amar Travels ticket and RSRTC attached
