Amar Ujala — Wrong ad booked

I booked an ad in Amar Ujala on 26th May 2015 on a link which was sent to me by a customer care executive from release my ad. The link clearly said Amar Ujala and i paid Rs 1007.00 for the ad to appear over two days. It was in Hindi. Within a few minutes, I received a mail saying that as the ad is for Times of India, I should write it in English. But I did not book for Times of India. How did this happen? Why did this happen? Now the customer care is asking me to pay 25 per cent cancellation charges to get refund of my money. Why should I bear these charges, when it is not my fault?
