I saurabh agrawal, procured one inverter battery on dated 27-june-2016 with 24 month warranty. We observed the poor back up of the battery during operation and same is reported on dated 24-june-2018 (With in warranty period).
M/s amara raja batteries ltd did not take any action against the complain with in warranty period and refuse to replace the battery to make the excuse that battery is out of warranty.
I requested manufacturer to review the case once again, however no revert received from there end so far. Was this information helpful? |
