Hi ALL,

Please don't buy house in Amarpraksh fully money minded those who buy flat need to go back of AMraprakash and beg.

I paid full amount for my Flat and they did'nt handover Key when Enquired they told cooly there is 3100 Rs pending.I don't know about this when I went to Amarpraksh Office with my laptop and showed all the details and they asked to sign one form in that it is mentioned like it is System generated amount is wave able because like I didn't pay amount on proper time as the date they mentioned. I argued and told everything is system generated it is programming by Human not by system

How they calculate is assume If they raised demand and if you given check on Friday what they will do is deposit on monday and cheque clear takes three days. So date they mentioned Two days but the cheque cleared on fifth day including saturday and sunday. So System will generate some fine amount after crossed the mention date like wise they are cheating.

I told already I spent so much money take the Remaining System generated amount but change the line in the form.

But no use what we do I need my flat so signed and given.

Worst CRM TEAM and CSM team they will daily and they tell false messages not well experienced.

Lot of things are there need to tell.

Please inform to friends ask them not to buy flat in Amarprakash
