Amarprakash — refund not done for last 5 years

Dear team,

I purchased an apartment in AmarPrakash temple waves which is located near thiruneermalai kundrathur Chennai, have paid 25000 INR advance and because of financial commitments I can't able to complete and have informed to refund the money I have paid but they saying as per terms it's not possible if that is the case why it is not intimated to me for last 5 years no one is responding properly and not even a single call from company they stole my money and not even replying I want my hard earned money all corporate companies has to give customer flexibility for company profit they shouldn't design a terms and conditions kindly support me getting my money back
