The battery is not giving 200 amperes, i bought 2 batteries of 200 ah on 01.02.2020, after checking the 450 watts load, after 3 hours 50 minutes the low battery alarm came. On february 7, compland no.[protected] was registered. On february 13, the service engineer arrived, telling the gravity less and went on charging the battery with his charger. Since then i have not been able to use the battery, now tell me what to do.
