Amaze Software — No response no replacement and no refund

I had gifted my husband AMAZFIT POP on his birthday 4 months back. He must have hardly worn the watch for 2-3 months and display has completely disappear. Our watch was in replacement warranty for 6 months. So we made an complaint of the same and nearly after 4-5 complaints, company managed to get our watch picked up nearly after 15 days of the complaint. Now it has been since 45 days they are just not ready to replace it neither they are willing to refund it. It has been frustating to beg for it even after paying and buying the product. I deeply request with the high hopes to this cell to please intervene in this matter and help us in getting some solution for it.
