I have no idea posting my comments here will help me to get my money back but atleast it will help to those who might become victim of this in future.
My complaint is against amazendeal
I had received call from sakshi. She said she is from amazendeal.com further she said its a new website which has been launched recently and offering free gift to selected people.
Gift such as iphone, lcd or laptop worth rs 70k approx each to selected customer for free.
To avail this free gift u need to buy any one product minimum of rs.200 from amazendeal.
I did shopping of rs400 frm amazendeal and received tht product in a week.
Later she asked me choose any one gift. So i chose lcd. Thn she asked to pay gst for that product which cost 12400 rs and said it will refunded once lcd is delivered. So i paid 12400 rs as gst. Then she gave me gift code and asked me to wait for another call.
After few minutes i received call from another person who asked me to pay insurance amt for tht lcd just for security purpose which is refundable after lcd delivery.
I was confused and denied to pay insurance and decided to cancel my gift and asked thm to return my money.
They replied it will take 2days to cancel and they dont provide cash refund but product of same amt.
Then after 2days received call saying i will receive jbl speaker of rs 13k against refund amount.
I agreed and ask them to send.
I received jbl speaker which i was expecting of rs 13k. However later when i checked the actual cost of this speaker i am literally shocked. The actual price is not more thn 2k.
