I purchased a refurbished laptop from Amazon. Upon unboxing it, I discovered that the device had numerous issues; consequently, I initiated a return request within the stipulated seven-day window. Amazon subsequently raised a service center request; however, to this day, no service technician has arrived to attend to the device, nor has the laptop been successfully returned. I have contacted Amazon customer support multiple times; on each occasion, they assured me that the return would be processed within a week, yet the laptop has still not been picked up.
