Pattern of Deficiency:
Delivery agents make 1-second muted/ghost calls and instantly mark the order status as "Delivery Attempted" without physically reaching the address. Callbacks to the delivery agent's number are continuously unreachable. Current Legal Escalations:Formal complaint registered with Ministry of Consumer Affairs under NCH Grievance #9973778. Escalation sent to Amazon Grievance Officer ([protected]@amazon.in).
