Amazon India And Paytm — Complaint against Paytm for Unauthorized Use of Amazon Voucher Purchased Through Their Platform

However, I was shocked to discover that this voucher was used without my authorization. Upon discovering this, I immediately attempted to contact Paytm customer support through chat and phone, but was unable to get any resolution.

Despite repeated attempts, my issue remains unresolved, causing me financial loss and inconvenience.

I hereby request the Consumer Forum to direct Paytm to investigate this unauthorized use and arrange for appropriate refund/compensation.

Attached are copies of transaction receipts, communication attempts, and other relevant documents.
