I recently experienced a bait-and-switch scam with Amazon India and a third-party seller, Robotic India Store. I ordered a Dreame L10S Ultra Robot Vacuum for ₹29, 999, but it was never delivered. Now, the price is ₹70, 999, and Amazon only offers a refund, refusing to honor the original price. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received scripted, dismissive responses. This is unacceptable and a clear case of a bait-and-switch scam facilitated by Amazon India.
