Amazon India Delivery Partner, Kannur Kerala — Non delivery of products and wrong update

I had booked a parcel and payed online. It was supposed to be delivered by 06/09/2021. I didn't get a call from the delivery agent but I got a message that as the customer (me) rejected the parcel it has been returned to the seller. I contacted the delivery agent by calling the number I got from Amazon. Delivery agent gave me the location of their office. I personally visited their office and talked to the office in-charge Mr.George. He told me as they do not have delivery in my area they simply returned the parce and send a message to Amazon that the parcel has been rejected by the customer. I requested him to hand me the parcel but he was not ready for that. He said that I may get a refund. I asked him why he returned the parcel. He said that is a normal practice. If they are not able to deliver they simply return it and put the blame on the customer. When I talked about it he misbehaved with me. He threatened me that he would never deliver any parcel which is addressed to me. I made a complaint with Amazon. But they could not even assure that I would get my parcel delivered.
I would like to make sure that these kind of things would never happened to customers again. They are making fun of their customers. Without the knowledge of the customer they return the parcel and put the blame on the customer.
Please take necessary actions against the delivery partner (Mr. George).
