They just posted a picture of Indian gazetted letter saying you have to pay 20000 fine for breching.Are they really going for making a complaint please reply me

I invested for the first time.. after that I wanted to back off..the supervisor manipulated me to pay again saying the task was last and I could withdraw my money..but later..my amount was again freezing and couldn't withdraw money.. please help to get my money back.
