Details:
As discussed over call, the mentioned Company agreed and gave a final quotation of INR 3600/- (with no hidden charges) to complete the task of couriering my bike from Delhi to Hyderabad. Company also provide a quotation paper (of INR 3600/-) and a consignment paper at the time of pick up from my current home location on 13th July 2021.
Advance given by me = INR 2800/- with balance amount of INR 800/- which has to paid at the time of delivery
And also mentioned that the tracking number will be given to me by end of the day
Problem faced:
- Company did not send the tracking details till yet (as on 20th July 2021)
- Stopped responding to messages and calls
- After 6 days (19th July 2021), company sent a new invoice with double amount (INR 7177/-) over whatsapp and asked to pay for it
- And mentioned that, if new invoice amount will not be paid then service will be on hold and my bike will not get delivered
- Received continuous messages over whatsapp, forcing me to pay the new higher amount
- When asked to return the bike, they are asking again extra charge above the given advance amount, which can not be accepted
- Still my bike is with them and they confiscated it illegally
