Product has been pre ordered on oct 2nd iphone 7 plus 256gb for 92000/-
Estimated date for shipping was on 8th and the delivery date was on 12th.. after so many follow up calls i was assured that the product will be delivered on 12th... on 11th i got a call from amazon cs telling me that the product was not in stock and requested for time extension till 20th..
After frequent follow up during this time frames i was assured that the product will be shipped on 18th... to my surprise i was informed that the product is back in stock on 18th by amazon chat support team (sindhu), assuring me that the product will be delivered to be by 24th.. i again spoke to the amazon customer support team on the very same day to the confirm whether the chat support gave the right information.. eventually they also agreed the same.
I called them again to know why the tracking status is not been updated even after 24hrs since the website says "order details shared with the courier".. hema from amazon cs said she had no details about the product and from it will be shipped.. had requested me to wait till the product got delivered to me
Spoke to jessica from amazon cs.. who clearly gave me an some shocking facts
1) she had informed that product has gone out of stock and has no clue why the website had been updated in such way that the product is dispatched. she said that product would have been out of stock during the time the package was handed over to the courier (which makes no sense)
2) she also said that the website might have some technical issues when asked about the live information in the website which said the product was on its way..
She also stated that the product is not available and was not sure why her website was showing such false update..
Now the problem is i have been charged 92000 on my card.. my bill have been generated.. i have to pay my emi for a product who cannot give me any information when it would come or will it ever come..
Now the real problem is i cannot even cancel this order as i have waited long enough and i have also ordered in amazon because i had a hdfc card where i m eligible for 11000 cashback...
I want my product as promised or give me a refund on cashback and my credit card charges with emi and cancel the order
