Placed an order for M22 Special Edition Retro Game Console on Amazon India on 13 July 2026 (Order No.[protected] by paying ₹3, 704 through BHIM UPI.
Despite successful payment, the seller has not shipped the product within the promised time and no valid reason has been provided for the delay. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I contacted the seller/Amazon but the issue remains unresolved. I request that Amazon and the seller either:
1. Dispatch the product immediately, or
2. Provide a full refund without any delay if they are unable to fulfill the order.
I also request appropriate action against the seller for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, if applicable.
