I am a Prime member of Amazon.in and placed an order with Order ID:[protected], which was scheduled for delivery by 30 October 2025. As of 9 October 2025, the order has not even been shipped.
I subscribed to Prime membership specifically for faster shipping and priority delivery. This delay constitutes a breach of service commitment and is causing me inconvenience.
Despite raising the issue with Amazon’s customer support and grievance officer, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. Such delays amount to deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I therefore request the Consumer Affairs Department to take necessary action against Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd. and direct them to either:
1. Ship and deliver the product immediately, OR
2. Provide a written explanation and compensation for the delay.
