I am filing this complaint against Amazon Shipping regarding two shipments that were marked as delivered on January 27, 2025, but I never received them. Despite raising the issue the very next day, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Recently, I was informed that Amazon Shipping does not handle complaints older than 45 days — which is unreasonable since I reported the problem well within the timeframe.
Here are the shipment details:

The issue occurred due to an incorrect PIN code in the delivery address. I had contacted Amazon support to cancel the orders or update the address. Later, I managed to speak with the delivery agent, who clearly confirmed that the parcels were not delivered to me. I had also asked him to cancel the deliveries, but instead, they were wrongly marked as delivered.
I contacted the seller as advised, but they stated that the parcels were never returned to them and that Amazon Shipping is responsible for the failed delivery. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve the issue with Amazon Shipping have been unsuccessful.
Given this situation, I respectfully request your help in facilitating a resolution. Either:
The products should be resent to my corrected address at no extra cost:
