Ambassador Schools — Employment type

Website: www.ambassadorschool.com

Well the Ambassador Schools is one of the worst place to work for. At the outset there is no respect for the employees. The Management (including Mr. Kamal Kalwani, and his appointee Mr.Guruswami Kaloor.

While Mr. Kamal has scant regard for his employees including the Ladies, Mr. Kaloor is number one politician. He is comfortable only with his old team and tries to rope in all from his previous organisation.

The organisation doesn't believe in having any policy in writing as they want to keep it as dynamic as possible. No true professionals can survive in this organisation. Remember the organisation is in Education Sector and the management simply wants the teachers to move on completion of their 2 years contract. They generally create an atmosphere where in the employee would resign. If someone gets a better opportunity and wants to leave early they simply would impose a one year ban.

The working conditions are worse. Teachers need to spend time till 4 pm on most days, and admin staff till 5.pm. the accommodation is one of the worst and can be compared to the camps provided by most of the construction companies.

There is absolutely no confidence in the management and this is clearly seen and evident in the way they react to any new joinee who is initially treated as a demi God.

Mr. Kaloor as no real credentials as an educationalist or an administrator, he is spine less, can't stand for the decisions he has take and always looks for a scapegoat.

In short it is a hell of a place to work.
