I was in urgent need of Rs-50, 000/- as loan for six months period.
While searching in google, the name Ambika Finance Private Ltd. Appeared and I contacted them.
Their address as shown on their letter head is Jyoti Sikhar Building, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058, E-Mail Id:[protected]@hotmail.com

They said first of all they will issue a sanction letter and after receiving the same, I will have to transfer an amount of Rs-1, 500/- I had paid this amount on11/11/2021.
I asked the person Mr. Anil Dogra whether I will have to make any further payments, to which he said no.
When the loan amount was not disbursed, I called them up and they said I will have to make payment of Rs-3, 250/- towards Insurance. I paid that also.
After making this payment, when I called the, they asked a further payment of Rs-4, 000/- towards agreement fee. I paid this amount also.
After making this payment, when I called them They asked a further payment of Rs- 2, 250/-
Today When the loan was not disbursed, I again called them and they asked for a payment of Rs-2, 500/- They said this the last payment you
need to make and within 20 minutes, my loan amount will be disbursed and I paid that amount also.
At different stages, from 11/11/2021 till date they have collected from me a total amount of 17, 000/-
After the payment of Rs-2, 500/- when I called them they are asking for an amount of Rs- 12, 500/- again.
Somehow, I was able to get the soft copy of Adhaar card of Mr. Dogra
Sir, kindly help me to get my money back.
