Sub: complaint of ambuja plus cement at site nanawan hamirpur (H. P)
With due respect, i would like to inform you about the feedback of ambuja plus cement that we have used as per your dealers and marketing committee suggestion. I complainant arvind kumar village - nanawan, p/o - karsai, teh - barsar, distt - hamirpur (H. P) 174312 would like to lodge complaint against the ambuja cement team for providing me misleading information for sale of your product (Ambuja plus cement), we have about 15000 square feet slab and we had used ambuja plus cement as suggested by your dealer and marketing team manager of hamirpur region, we have used your product as per your processing specification in presence of your area manager at the time of slab execution (Oct2016). Right now slab is full of cracks everywhere and water is crossing through these cracks resulting rooms roof getting wet in excess during raining time. We have raining season now and building is losing its strength because of this immature event. Building rooms white wash gets spilling out from the roofs, i have conversation with your area manager about this incident but they didn't turned up so for. Ambuja cement is responsible for any damaged happened to building. Its my humble request to fix out this problem and provide necessary solution to get it fixed as soon as possible to stop more spoilage of building..
