1 The society managing committee is responsible for repairing cracks on structural elements like beams and pillars within a flat under
Bye-law No. 159(a)(x) and (xiii) of the Model Bye-laws of Co-operative Housing Societies https://mysocietyclub.com/bye- laws/maharashtra-cooperative- housing-society-bye-laws/ deemed-con, . These sections designate "Structural repairs of roofs" and walls" as the society's responsibility, which includes the structural framework (pillars/beams) supporting the building.

2. Under the major renovation of the building going on your people had come, observed the cracks on the beam assured to fix them on the last saturday. But nobody came to repair it.
3. Previously you are managing committee treasurer Prakash Garhwali visited and assured to repair the cracks on beam immediately. But he failed to do that. False Promises . Result. He lost his position of treasurer and throne to 8th position in the committees.
4. 78 members of Ameeta bh building are not fool to accept anybody in the society who make people fool and hold the position in the managing committee in the election on account of not following his duty.
5. Make an important note. Previously also we have sent the Photoshoot of all the cracked beam to the society but the society did not care to rectify them immediately.
6. Due to undue delay due to illegal negligence of the society, the cracked beam push the windows underneath and blocked them. Making the society responsible to fix the jammed windows at their cost.
7 we also warn you that the managing committee of the society especially the chairman and the secretary are totally legal responsible and liable for any untoward incident accident takes place due to their negligence and deficiency they have shown for so long. It is a criminal often to ignore structural beam cracks which as and when if falls could cause serious accident and death to anybody who comes under the falling cracked beam. Make a legal note of.
