1. Persistent criminal activities by the chairman and the secretary of this society, to exploit and blackmail the 78 residents of this building to grab money from them to fill up their coffers
2. Obviously the society is absolutely legally liable form all the compensation due to their inability to protect the attachments done by the residents of Ameeta. And if you cannot protect, resign immediately.

2. First of all why this letter has no outward correspondence reference number? This is a limited society and liable to 78 residence making it legally compulsory for the society to maintain transparency to keep every letter whether coming inside or going outside to the society premise must consist a unique Identity number. This pros the the society so coward and scared to maintain correspondence with the needed transparency.
3. This legal lapse on the criminal societies end had been pointed out previously multiple Times but ignored by the society. Why? Obviously to continue with their legal criminal activities.
4 this letter was backdated as 16 September but received by us only 19 September.
5. You asked us, to remove DTH antenna and the split AC external unit.? Who will be responsible for all the suffering if removed? Obviously the society, especially the chairman the secretary individually for all their illegal notices, just to harass and bully 78 residents.
6. It is your legal liability to provide the needed protection through wooden platforms to protect all such attached items as named by you.
7. You have collected crores of rupees from the 78 residents and you are saying you are not capable to provide the needed protection as elaborated above.
8. We have observed many major renovation works, done with many reputed buildings in Mumbai with good chairman and secretary, to provide the enough protection from any damage or any suffering to the residents of that building. It is you only who are in capable and therefore people like you have no right to remain in the chair of chairman and secretary.
8 why don't you resign and let good people like Dani and Dr Agarwal occupy the post. Who had been the elected secretary of the society but resigned as they refused to assist to the criminal activities of the society's chairman and secretary.
9. Thousands and thousands of residents in Mumbai had installed DTH and AC outlet outside their homes. As it goes without saying that these units had to be installed outside only and not inside the rooms and therefore no society will unnecessarily harass the residents over such worthless matter. But you do just to prove your ulterior motive. To satisfy your personal illegal interest.
10. These attachments of DTH and split AC outlet had been there for so many years. Why didn't you raise earli the issue of their illegality so far
11. We have lodged the complain as how the flat owner above us flat number 40 AC air conditioner is dropping water over our DTH. Have you taken any action against them? Never. Why? Because they have been the neighbour of the chairman Uma Naik. Water friendship at the cost of other residents. This is called criminal activities to protect criminal to maintain friendship with the chairman.
12. Several complaints of series criminal nature have been put to you but you the secretary and the chairman never took any action. Why? This again proves how criminal secretary and chairman we have in our society to protect other criminal.
We had also pointed out how other people had put there cable installed hanging outside our windows. You took no action. Why? At that time you did not recognise the commonwealth space outside the windows?
