Amey Worldwide — Wrong item delivery

I ordered a lingerie set from this website 'amahionn'. What I got a cheap used legging. What a shame! They provided all the information e.g. tracking no, business chat etc. So that it doesn't look fake. There's no customer care no on their website. Only a fake e-mail I'd is given which no one is replying. How to get my money back?
