Blah blah Website domain register in 2 month, withour updating theire contact page and other pages.. Call customer to participate in contest... No linking of page in social media. I have received same call from Amezingdeals.com and they told me for platinum membership and I have paid 500 through paytm and 4500 cash on delivery. They they told me you are selected for 2nd prize HONDA CRETA and for claiming this prize you have to do IMPS of 50000 for generate booking I’d and nominee I’d.. so I paid that also...
Now they are saying pay 2, 50, 000 for GST amount for claim your cash prize of 13, 90, 000/-...
So now I trap in this things... please give me suggestions for how can I take legal action...

for that I have paid 500 through paytm to mobile no. [protected] and 4500 cash on delivery.
after that next day They told me that your points increased and you are selected for 2nd prize Hundai CRETA car and for claiming this prize you have to do Online payment through IMPS of 50, 000 for generate your booking I’d and nominee I’d so that no one can raise any claim for that. so that I paid 50, 000/- by online banking to their Bank Account.
for that they given following details through mail.

Today Amezingdeals company refunded 10, 000 /- rupees out of 50, 000/- rupees which was paid my me regarding Dream gold contest. They told me that Remaining 40, 000/- rupees Amount will be refund within 2 days.
So I think they are now cooperating with me for refunding my money.

Now they are not refunding my 40000/- rupees... they have closed LAXMI Vilas bank account and opened new account in ICICI Bank and again they started their fraud business...,
