My self Amit Shedge. I had reservation ticket of 6 AM Shivshahi Bus from Borivali to Mahad on 28 Oct 2020 ticket number 41582919. My boarding point was Malad west where expected boarding timing was 06:06 AM. I reached at the boarding point Malad west around 5:40 AM and was waiting for bus till 7:00 AM. Also, called several times to Nancy Colony Depo Borivali for inquiry but not received satisfactory answers and rude behavior of depo Controller on call. They informed me that bus already departed on time from depo. Finally I reached all the way to Nancy Colony and reported complaints regarding the issue to depo Controller then he asked me to travel by 7:30 Borivali - Khed semi luxury bus.
Due to severe back pain i have done reservation for Shivshahi bus but somehow they canceled the bus. I need compensation for that or else I will file complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
