Amity Apartements — Bike parking front buidling of gate

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to bring to your attention that our building is facing with issues like parking vehicles, scooty and bikes in front of our building gates. This makes us difficult to take our four wheeler cars outside the gate. We are facing such issues almost every day.
In the night too, four wheeler car parked in front of the gate. The driver do not listen to our security persons.
We have placed notice boards also on the gate about no parking but still these errant persons do not heard us nor keep attention to it. We have made complaints to Vakola Traffic Officer personally but it all down the vain. You are requested to look into the photo images of Bikes being parked in front of main gate of our society with clear plate number to charge them and issue challan so that they desists keeping their vehicles in front of our building. We will keep on sending such photos to you for corrective actions from your side.
