Amity University Mumbai — refund of admission fee

First my sister simran das got an admission in amity university mumbai bcom. As oer mr. Sudhir bhan and ms. Venus in last momment just before joining they told me that my sister is not eligible and i had already paid entire tution fees and hostel fees for a year. I hve requested for a refund since july 19, 2017 and till now the university officials are playing with me stating that next month 30th or 31st you well get. I have the mail trail and watsaap msgs that they promise me for my refund. I have also visited them several time however i have got same answer. Now i want to sue this university for the negligance and file a police compalint also for playing with someones hard earned money. Please guide for the best way. I have had taken loan for my sisters education and the intreseted rate n emi are still cont. Iwant my money back with intrest now.
