Amity University, Mumbai — Undue delay of refund of fee paid - do not trust the university

My daughter got admission for MBA Sustainability course in Amity University, Mumbai and paid fee of Rs. 1.77Lakh during W1, April-23. During W2, May-23, Amity Admn asked us either to change to some other course or to apply for withdrawal of admission as no. of students enrolled is just 1 or 2 only. This was quite surprise to us and we had to pass through troubled times to chase for admission from other universities with great difficulty.

As asked by Amity, we applied for withdrawal of course on 2nd June. Despite multiple mail communications, university did not pay us till today, the 16th Aug (75 days). It is a shameful act of Amity University, appears professional cheats, no ethical working, not bothered about people's sufferings despite creating troubles by Amity University. University do not have right to hold our money for so long...Not able to reach Vice Chancellor who should set things right, otherwise days not far off to loose its credibility permanently as the institute.
