I am writing this complaint to express my experience on amity online examination JUNE 2023.
I took admission on this university in 2023, by paying admission fee(40, 000) for one year. when the time came for examination and the portal(AMIGO) was created by university where exams had to be Occoured, did not functioned. I have tried to sort out this problem with their helpline number as well but seems the employees do not have enough skills to fix it and they do know Untill now where the problem is. As today I am writing this complaint, already couldn't give 3 exams for that no idea how they will arrange to re-examination.
However, time and money have been wasted seems like. I ask to university for the re-examination ASAP or refund the money which I submitted during the admission.
