I applied for admission with Amity University Online and was offered a "No-Cost EMI / Zero Interest EMI" financing arrangement through its loan partner, Fibe. Based on the information presented during the admission process, I understood the amount displayed as the course fee. However, after reviewing the loan documents provided by Fibe and communicating with them, I became concerned that the financing arrangement had not been represented transparently, as the amount presented appeared to include financing costs despite being represented as a No-Cost EMI / Zero Interest EMI option.
Accordingly, on 06 June 2026, the same day the loan amount was disbursed, I requested cancellation of the admission and the associated loan transaction. As the request was submitted over the weekend, I did not initially receive a response. I subsequently submitted my cancellation request along with supporting documents to both Amity University and Fibe. And haven't went the admission process, So I am not enroll with amity legally.
Fibe acknowledged my complaint in writing and informed me that it had contacted the merchant regarding my cancellation request and was awaiting the merchant's response. However, despite repeated follow-ups, as of 08 June 2026, I have not received any substantive written update regarding the status of the cancellation or reversal of the loan amount. Amity University has not provided a clear written resolution, and Fibe has informed me that it is awaiting a response from the merchant.
I have repeatedly requested that all communication regarding this matter be conducted through email for transparency and record-keeping purposes. Despite these requests, I have continued to receive attempted telephonic communication instead of a formal written response addressing my cancellation request.
The matter remains unresolved and is causing financial uncertainty regarding a loan transaction that I have already disputed and requested to cancel.

I respectfully request intervention to ensure cancellation of my admission/application, reversal of the associated loan transaction with Fibe, closure of any loan liability arising from this transaction, refund of the amount paid by me 1100, and written confirmation of the cancellation and closure of the matter.
