I joined company amosta solutions pvt ltd in gurgaon 1st january 2017, and resigned on 8th july 2018.
My salary dues from 1st may 2018 to 7th july 2018.
May month salary is 18000/-, june month salary is 18000/- and july month salary is 4200/-. Total amount due is 40200/-.
Now they are not paying my 2 month and 7 days salary, i called mr. Arun prabhu (Vp of amosta solutions), mr. Ashish (Director of amosta solutions) and mr. Ompal (Accountant) so many times and sent an email but i didn't receive any response from your side.
On phone from month of may they said that i will get my salary by next week, next month. But till now my salary has not been paid.
At the time of my resignation they promised me they will paid all dues in the month of july.
I waited five and half month more then their promise also. But my salary has not been paid. I worked sincerely, i always being loyal for company.
