Amount Not Refunded — not get refunded amount

I had cancelled the ticket on 09.10.2017. And amount of 860rs has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded 09.10.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

Please look into the matter.
