We submitted our charger to the Ampere EV Service Center in Anand, Gujarat, as it was not working properly. After 13 days, we received a replacement charger. However, the replacement provided is very old and not cleaned properly.
Our original charger is still under warranty, but the replacement given to us is not in good condition. We request that a proper and clean charger be provided as per warranty terms. Was this information helpful? |
