Amrita Homes ,kattabomman Nagar,zamin Pallavaram — Garbage van dumbs waste on the road

Respected Sir,
I am a resident of Amrita Homes in Kattabomman nagar Manoranjitham street in zamin pallavaram, I would like to bring to your kind notice an urgent disgusting sensitive issue to be addressed considering the physical and mental health of of children in our street.
The municipality garbage van that comes to collect the waste materials from the street homes stops the vehicle in front of the Amrita homes which is a dead end. We the residents come and hand over the waste neatly wrapped in the garbage bags .The people who collect the garbage open the bags and dump the waste in the van and throw out the plastic bottles, empty covers and make the road dirty .
Repeatedly we have asked the van people, especially a young man who comes along to collect, who seems to do this purposely and hesitates to pick it up even when asked to do, as we have raised a complaint earlier about these people and they are aware of it .
Today 27th December at around 11.00am the van as usual picked the garbage from the locality and as we all left back they dumped a USED SANITARY NAPKIN with disgusting stuff on the road.
There are children and young people who play on the road in the evening and such a weird repulsive act the people who come to collect garbage does cause aversion to the residents. We are trying to keep our premises tidy to keep away the menace of dogs as a preventive measure not to harm the children in the street.
It would be great if you could kindly look into the issue as an urgent issue to be addressed and bring out an awareness in the staff and also to not open the bags but dumb it in the van as such to avoid littering waste on the road. Requesting you to kindly take up an immediate action as we face this on a regular basis every time the Garbage van comes and picks the waste and we have raised this concern multiple times but the issue seems not resolved yet . Thank you for your kind intervention into this issues. Awaiting to see it implemented and a proper disciplined way of cleaning up the premises done by the staff .
