A complaint was lodged on 06Aug2022 to your forum as attached .
False complaints and Newspaper Publish was again and again done by EOW Salem (DSP [protected]) saying that the accused are apprehended and investigation is going on. we will submit chargesheet by end dec2023 and now 8feb2024. But no such chargesheet has been filed and no case has been taken to TNPID Court (Coimbatore) like other economic offences.

For the last three months from end April2022 this NBFC namely as below (with 87 branches across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & B’luru.

1st Floor, Ganesh Tower, near SKS Hospital (opp Salem Central Bus Stand, ) Fairlands, Salem, Tamil Nadu-636 016
Is closed to date without any prior notice to the A/c Holders/members.
This NBFC is registered under MSCS Act (Registration No. MSCS/CR/318/2009). Please refer attached file (a.pdf and row 318 in b.pdf) This is also covered under RBI Laws/rules. (please refer row 990 of Amudhsurabhi RBI Approved.pdf) Some supporting documents are also
attached for your references like its brochures, members passbook format, money collection/savings card etc. on daily & weekly basis.
Many account holders are suffering because of this unusual & mysterious behaviour of this entity/Co-op Society. Maturity amounts and interest payments are not honoured (not getting paid) and cheques issued by them have been ordered stop-payment or some have also bounced. (please refer attached documents)
Looks like all 87 branches (including the Head Office, HO) is closed. No response to our phone calls/emails. Many branches have started getting agitated & several complaints/petitions are getting lodged. Recently news was flashed in THanthi News Channel that A/c Holders in Valapadi Branch, Salem are agitated. Similarly in Ariyalur & Kadayanalur, Thenkasi . We in Trichy have also lodged our Complaint/Petition to The District Collector & Commissioner of Police and is pending action. (Please refer attached Complaints by us ) We have also approached/complained to esteemed Office (Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, Salem, Trichy of TN) for appropriate action. No FIRs, Searches, Arrests, no seizure of properties, bank accounts, money etc has taken place to date.
We request your esteemed Office to immediately order an investigation & reveal the strange attitude of this entity to the numerous a/c holders. We also request this Co-op Society to immediately release our payments due (namely maturity & interest payments) & ad-hoc payments reliefs to numerous poor a/c holders also. We also request your esteemed Office to let us know if this entity will continue with its normal functioning immediately & what reliefs we will be granted in lieu otherwise per norms.
We(including myself) request them to return back all our money if they are not able to continue operations and transactions any more. I have also invested Rs10L (trichy branch). They are absconding now and hold secret meetings here and there with staff members and DVCs (franchaisee agents of each branches) and give false promises w/o any breakthroughs.
Postals get returned both to their HQ, Salem and Regd Office Ramanathapuram, TN. (customercare : [protected]/ [protected]) is no more operational. email: [protected]@amudhsurabhi.coop is not functional) HQ and Branch contacts are not answered anymore. Prima facie they are criminal launderers and no sign of any positive progress.
