Amydus — not responding | no accountability

I have placed an order on 22nd july and till date, i haven't received. They have zero level of accountability. I'm daily following up with them and daily they initally say that it will be delivered and by the end of the day, they say no we can't.
Moreover, they are asking me to go and collect it from the courier warehouse.

Is this the way customers should be treated. Rather than they coming to me that there is a delay, i am following up daily and they are just misleading me.

Why would a customer go and collect from courier warehouse.
