Anand Travel — Worst Bus Experience Ever Anand Travels Mangalore to Bangalore

I travelled from Mangalore to Bangalore with Anand Travels, and my experience was very disappointing. The bus was extremely dirty — full of bugs, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. The seats and bedding looked unhygienic, and I suffered multiple insect bites. It appeared as if the bus had not been cleaned for a long time.

On top of that, there was no proper customer support when I tried to raise the issue during the trip. For the fare paid, I expected basic cleanliness and comfort, which was not met and this issue with all the bus passengers and they complained but response from them( one more thing pick location not clear and not mentioned anything I have spent rs300 more to catch bus if call they shout and no proper coordination)

This is unacceptable for a reputed travel service. Please take immediate action to ensure buses are properly cleaned, disinfected, and maintained before every journey.
