Hello, This Anand Vihari travel in Magadi Road is really a pathetic and cheat company. - When I booked my travel with them, Soumya(Employee in Anand Vihari) committed many things over phone and verbally Which became false. - Mr . Ravindranath the owner of the travel is really horrible person with pathetic, rude behavior. That shows his real color once received all money. - They commit many things like showing many places but takes ONLY ONE PLACE PER DAY. People spend their time and money but they never take the right places or suggested right places to see in my KERALA TRIP. - Really FRAUD AND CHEATING ATTITUDE OF Mr Raghu ( Tour Manager). He completely talks in LOCAL LANGAUGE AND REALLY TOUGH FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN't understand this. He never used to explain in English/Hindi of his own after several requests or reminder. Even He suggested few places not to visit like Eco point and another good Dam which was part of the trip. He said these points are not good and not worth to see. THIS IS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHEAT . -- FOOD IS MADE ONLY FOR SOUTH INDIAN PEOPLE. - NEVER USED TO TAKE ANY PLACE AFTER LUNCH. SO REST OF THE DAY WAS GETTING WAISTED. ONLY PROVIDING FOOD ON TIME NOTHING ELSE. WE ARE NOT THERE FOR ONLY FOOD!!! - IT IS REALLY ADVISABLE NOT TO TRAVEL WITH THIS KIND OF TRAVEL.
