I have ordered a kurta online from www.anarkali.com but I have received a wrong parcel of saree which is very cheap quality. I immediately filled the rett request form and even sent a mail but there was no response.Then I called on the customer care no., but the person who received the call was asking for bank card details which was very fishy. He called many times but was not providing proper details.My money got stuck there. It's totally a fraud company & some serious action should be taken against them..,
