I had done a payment of 19, 900 for Data Entry work(Friday, June 10) which was given by ANC infosolution. They had given two assignments in email and after completion of assignments they said they would give the salary of 18, 000.The name of the HR Manager was Saraswati Pandey as per the email reply from her.

So I had register for plan 2 and made a payment of 19, 900 to them along with the relevant documents they had asked.. They had shared the employee code and given the assignments via email. After completion of work as per their instructions, I had submitted the completed documents to them on time(08th July). Initially they responded saying the documents are sent for review to Europe and will take 10 days. I waited for 10 days and said a reminder mail 2 times. But there has been no response so far from ANC infosolution till 09th August.

They had given number [protected] in their website to contact them. It was working initially but now it says "The number does not have incoming services, which will be active after recharge". Its a West Bengal number.

So I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get a refund of 19, 900 from ANC infosolution.
