I have Paid an amount of 25000 INR for one of the software product of the company, product was trading algo bot for indian market.
After paying enitre amount they are not providing with the bot and the service . they have stopped answering my call and stopped replying to messages.
the support number and email id provided on website also not providing any support. not replying to my calls
till yesterday they were continuously calling for payment and then stopped calling and replying to message after paying entire amount . they are not attaining calls neither replying to my refund request.

there agents number : [protected], [protected], [protected]
name of the agents who falsely committed or scammed me are Ayesha, Vikram,
few other agents called me namely ZARA and their manager Ishita singh.
Please help me to get my money back. and take action against such fraud scamming company.
