On 23rd of december i had registered a complaint against anchor switches due to 3rd time repalcement of switches for my geyser being a common man it being expensive to me i had to contact customer care of anchor hoping my problem being resolved by them but it happened completely different its technician came bragging about his knowledge and experience rather than focusing on his job and did his job and went, after 4hrs when i went to bath an accident happened due to poor quality of wires by him which led to short circuit and completely no working of geyser in this winter when i complained about it to anchor no addresal by them has led me to suffer more and when asked to their customer care they cant forward their call to their senior and they said cant help as its new year period so they cant resolve my problem of accident due to their lethargic behaviour and still no action taken by them i know that is a very cheap issue but i cant afford changing switches every month so i have to take this matter to this extent.
